JADE Learning Announces Electrical Continuing Education Classes in Connecticut
HARTFORD, Conn., June 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- JADE Learning, the leading nationwide provider of trade-specific continuing education, is now approved by the Connecticut Electrical Work Examining to provide classes for Limited and Unlimited electrical licensees. The courses will help Connecticut electrical licensees meet the 4-hour continuing education requirement for the September 30, 2019, renewal deadline.
JADE Learning is building on its successful in-person training programs in North Carolina and Ohio to now offer required instructor-led training in Hartford, Connecticut. All electricians in the state of Connecticut are required to complete 4-hours of continuing education each year in order to renew their electrical license. JADE Learning is committed to helping electricians complete the required continuing education hours needed to renew their electrical licenses on time.

JADE Learning's in-person classes are taught by experienced instructors who are NEC code experts with decades of experience. The Connecticut classes cover the 2017 NEC Changes along with information on Connecticut Rules and Regulations. 4-Hour classes will be held on the following dates and times:
August 5th
7:30am – 11:45am (Unlimited Licensees E-1, E-2, E-9 only)
12:15pm – 4:30pm (Limited Licensees C-5, C-6, L-5, L-6 only)
August 30th
7:30am – 11:45am (Unlimited Licensees E-1, E-2, E-9 only)
12:15pm – 4:30pm (Limited Licensees C-5, C-6, L-5, L-6 only)
September 16th
7:30am – 11:45am (Unlimited Licensees E-1, E-2, E-9 only)
12:15pm – 4:30pm (Limited Licensees C-5, C-6, L-5, L-6 only)
Note to Licensees
Licensees MUST bring a calculator and a copy of the 2017 National Electrical Code to class in order to receive credit. Electronic copies of the NEC are NOT permitted. Pens and handouts will be provided at the class.
Electricians in Connecticut can expect to receive a renewal notice from the Connecticut Electrical Work Examining Board approximately 30-45 days prior to their license expiration date. The renewal notice may be sent via mail or email. The renewal notice will feature a fast track renewal PIN which allows Connecticut electricians to complete their renewal online.
